A Winter stay may be for you if you have been considering moving to a Personal Care Facility, but are not sure you're ready to make the commitment; or, perhaps you still enjoy the comforts of home during the warmer months.
A short term stay lets you experience all we have to offer. This includes three delicious well-balanced meals served daily in an elegant dining room offset with various activities throughout the day. Seasonal stays are based on space availability and the guest's ability to meet Western Health admission criteria. Important: All Applicants seeking residency at Crosswinds Seniors Resort must have a medical and financial assessment completed by your local Community Health Nurse in your area. Staff at Crosswinds DO NOT complete assessments. Assessments can take up to 8 weeks, please schedule your appointment in advance. Crosswinds Seniors Resort will accept both Private Paying and Provincially Subsidized individuals looking for placement within a Personal Care Facility.
